- Is the event 9 hours long? Yes, We will stop to have lunch, coffee, tea or snacks and go to the bathroom of course! Feel free to come an leave anytime you feel like it. We will mix meditation with Q&A, this is a pure presence, free flow session.
- Should I bring anything? Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, your own music with earbuds or anything for your comfort, you are the boss of your own life. Trust your inner guidance, and your body signals.
