THE WORK
Patrice works directly with the body and energy field, perceiving what is being held and intervening where needed.
His work does not follow a particular method, ritual, or lineage. There is no ceremony or elaborate framework — simply the direct experience of the work itself.
Each day includes two group sessions with Patrice, held on the Thea Platform at Amiras, overlooking the mountains and the Libyan Sea.
THE RETREAT
Alongside the work with Patrice, the retreat offers an immersion in the landscape and history of South Crete.
The programme includes:
- Morning meditation
- Daily sessions with Patrice
- A visit to the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion
- A visit to the Palace of Knossos
- A closing session at the ancient sanctuary of Hermes and Aphrodite at Kato Symi
- Shared meals and time together
- Airport transfers from and to Heraklion
The retreat combines deep inner work with time spent discovering the extraordinary landscape, culture and history of Crete.
ABOUT PATRICE
Patrice Krysztofiak spent most of his working life in business before a major personal crisis in 2019 changed the direction of his life.
Through daily meditation, he developed an ability to perceive what another person’s body and energy field may be holding. Since then, he has worked with people around the world, individually and in groups.
His approach is direct and intuitive, without ritual, lineage or promises.
He does not describe what he does as a fixed method. The work is something to experience rather than explain.
THE PLACE
Amiras · South Crete · Greece
The retreat takes place at Agape Crete, in the mountain village of Amiras, overlooking the Libyan Sea.
The setting provides a quiet environment for the work, while the excursions offer an opportunity to experience some of Crete’s most significant archaeological and cultural sites.
